Enterprise Documentation That Works.

Portis and Wells Fargo needed comprehensive manuals for the 2024 Refurbishment Program. We created two publication-quality documents combining technical precision with friendly 3D illustration.

THE WORK

Documentation meets design.

Wells Fargo's 2024 Refurbishment Program required two comprehensive construction manuals — one detailing processes, one covering technical specifications. These weren't just documents to file away. They needed to be used, referred to, understood. We took technical complexity and made it accessible through clean layout, clear typography, helpful 3D illustrations, and precise documentation.

Every page served a purpose. Detailed table of contents. Clear section breaks. Illustrations that clarify rather than decorate. Technical specifications paired with context. The manuals became training documents, reference guides, and legal records all in one — clean, corporate, but not boring.

THE APPROACH
Technical documents should be easy to read, not just accurate.

We treated these manuals like textbooks, not corporate paperwork. Logical information hierarchy. Consistent formatting. Custom 3D illustrations that break up dense text and clarify procedures. A layout that invites reading rather than intimidating it. The manuals communicate authority and precision while remaining approachable to someone on a construction site.
